The correct operating steps for UV printers:
1. Firstly, we will import the pre made images, which are the ones that need to be printed, into the computer and use PS or CAD to simply process the size of the images we print.
2. Clean the surface of the material that needs to be printed, and keep the material surface free from dirt and dirt. The method to remove dirt is to use a clean, lint free cloth to wipe the surface of the material, without wiping back and forth, to avoid scratching the surface of the material.
3. The surface of the material is smooth, and if the coating is not sprayed, the printed ink will be wiped off immediately. Therefore, it is necessary to spray a coating on the surface to increase the adhesion of the ink and make the image complete, clear, and beautiful.
4. When preparing for the above, before starting to print pictures, check if the UV printer is working properly. After printing is completed, check the printer’s performance. If there are any issues such as wire drawing or exposed white edges, check the problem and troubleshoot it before printing
