1. No need to clean the nozzle. The nozzle itself comes with an automatic cleaning device. Unnecessary cleaning operations can actually affect the normal use of the nozzle.
2. Do not use liquids containing chemical additives such as washing to clean the interior of the UV flatbed printer, in order to prevent improper handling of these liquids from remaining on the surface of accessories, causing unnecessary blockage.
3. Gears and ink cartridges do not need to be cleaned: because gears use high-performance gears, wear-resistant titanium alloy gears; The ink cartridge itself is also an industrial grade plastic that is tightly sealed and seamless, ensuring that no dust or dirt enters.
UV printer manufacturers suggest that if there are no special circumstances, it is best not to clean. When cleaning is needed, technical personnel familiar with the internal structure should be present. Randomly cleaning the interior of equipment can easily cause various problems with UV printers.
