The UV lamp used in UV flatbed printers, also known as UV curing lamp, is composed of ultraviolet light and plays a role in curing UV ink. Mercury lamp: adopts a tube type, which belongs to a thermal light source. The color of the light is white, and the cooling method is air cooling (using two sets of fans). Advantages: high curing efficiency, suitable for high-speed production, and low replacement cost. Disadvantages: short lifespan (1000 hours). Applicable materials: hard materials (ceramic tiles, glass, metal). 2. LED lamp: adopts a bead type, which belongs to a cold light source. The color of the light is blue, and the cooling method is water cooling (requires a water tank) Advantages: Long lifespan (over 10000 hours) Disadvantages: Low curing efficiency and high replacement cost (10000-20000 yuan/group) Applicable materials: Soft materials (leather, soft film, TPU, silicone, PE, EVA)
